Elliott Daniel Llewellyn, age 4, son of Adam and Alison Llewellyn of Mt. Sterling, passed away at 8:31 a.m. Friday, April 6, 2018 at Mercy Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri.
He was born February 24, 2014 in St. Louis, Missouri the son of Adam Daniel and Alison Mae Behymer Llewellyn.
Elliott was attending the Pre-K program at Brown County Elementary School. He was a member and was baptized at the Holy Family Catholic Church in Mt. Sterling.
Elliott was a fun loving and caring little boy who in his short life had such an impact on his community.
Survivors include his parents, Adam and Alison Llewellyn of Mt. Sterling. Maternal grandparents Debra and Douglas Hammer of Timewell. Paternal grandparents William and Lora Llewellyn of Mt. Sterling. Maternal great grandparents Johnnie and Rita Kitchell and Phyllis Kitchell all of Mt. Sterling. Paternal great grandmother Shirley Llewellyn of Clayton. Aunts and Uncles: Katie Dunbar (Cory), Jeni Behymer (Conner Schaefer) and Kourtney Kassing (A.J.) all of Mt. Sterling, Cody Llewellyn (Jen) of O’Fallon, Missouri and Andrew “Lovie” Llewellyn (Amanda) of Timewell. 7 cousins Emma and Gabe Dunbar, Wyatt, Kallie and Jacie Kassing and Adalyn and Aubrey Llewellyn. Numerous great aunts and great uncles and cousins also survive.
He was preceded in death by maternal grandfather Kevin Behymer, maternal great grandparents Richard and Shirley Behymer and Louis and Marilyn Hammer and Paternal great grandparents Mervin and Glenna Sorrells and Donald Llewellyn.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, April 10, 2018 in the Holy Family Catholic Church in Mt. Sterling with Father Steve Thompson and Deacon Paul Koch officiating.
Burial will be in the Mt. Sterling Catholic Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 3:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Monday at the Holy Family Catholic Church in Mt. Sterling. The family invites you to dress casually and wear your Love Elliott shirt, if possible.
Memorials are suggested to the St. Louis Children’s Hospital Heart Center.
