Irene Wronski

Irene Helen Wronski, age 93, of Mt. Sterling, Illinois passed away at 9:55 a.m. Tuesday, January 10, 2017 at Heritage Health, Therapy and Senior Care in Mt. Sterling. 

She was born September 24, 1923 in Chicago, Illinois the daughter of Casimir and Ann Koziol Olendzki.  She married Edward Anthony Wronski on September 16, 1945 in Chicago, Illinois and he preceded her in death on November 8, 2005. 

Mrs. Wronski was a homemaker and had also worked as a dress designer for several years.

She graduated from Steinmetz High School and later attended the Ray-Vogue College of Design in Chicago.

Survivors include 1 daughter Linda B. Hooper (William) of West Chicago, Illinois.  3 grandchildren Jason, Beth and Becky Hooper also survive along with 1 great grandchild Max.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

At Mrs. Wronski’s request her body will be donated to medical science. 

There will be no services or visitation.
