Dear Hank and family, I taught in Mt. Sterling from 1980-1982 (Miss Drake). I taught John, one of the sweetest boys I have ever known. I have always held his spirit in my heart. And now your mother-a very kind woman. I am so sorry for your loss. I truly am.

A bright light has gone out with the passing of Penny. Our hearts go out to Hank and his family and to all of the Welty & Wegs family. How I loved to watch Penny & Mike dance at the American Legion monthly dances. They had so much fun together.
