Jeremy Lee Kendrick, age 40, of Wellington, Colorado formerly of Mt. Sterling, Illinois passed away April 30, 2023 in Loveland, Colorado after struggling with diabetes his entire life.
He was born August 20, 1982 in Rushville, Illinois the son of Timothy K. and Mary Lynn Strouse Kendrick. He married Amber Williams on June 18, 2016 and she survives.
Jeremy graduated from Brown County High School and was employed in computer technology. He was of the Christian faith. Jeremy always enjoyed playing video games, especially Dungeons and Dragons and also liked hunting, fishing and riding 4 wheelers.
Survivors include his wife Amber Kendrick of Wellington, Colorado. His father and stepmother Tim and Tammy Kendrick of Mt. Sterling. 2 step children Tierney and Wesley. 1 brother Jason Kendrick (Marcia) of Versailles. 1 sister Jennifer Kendrick of Winchester. 1 niece Libby and 1 nephew Johnny also survives along with several aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his mother, grandparents John and Arlene Kendrick and Margaret and Kennth Lung, 1 uncle Virgil Kendrick and his beloved dog Angel.
Cremation has been accorded and a memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m on Saturday, June 3, 2023 at the Hendricker Funeral Home in Mt.Sterling with Pastor Dale Gadberry officiating.
Burial of the cremated remains will follow in the Mounds Cemetery near Timewell.
Visitation will be 1 hour prior to services on Saturday at the funeral home..
Memorials are suggested to the American Diabetes Association.
