Karter Joseph Kennington

Karter Joseph Kennington, infant son of Levi and Bridget Reich Kennington of Quincy, Illinois was stillborn at 4:34 p.m. Monday, August 16, 2021 at St. John’s Hospital in Springfield, Illinois. 

Surviving along with his parents are 1 brother Kalvin and 1 sister Kennedy both at home.  Maternal grandparents Steve and Shelli Reich of Mt. Sterling.  Paternal grandmother Shar Kennington of Quincy.  Maternal great grandmother Thelma Reische of Mt. Sterling.  3 uncles and 1 aunt.  

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather John Kennington, great grandparents Joe and Linda Reich and Lloyd Reische.  Karter was also preceded in death by 1 aunt. 

All services will be private and memorial donations are suggested to the family to assist with medical expenses and may be left at or mailed to the Hendricker Funeral Home, 406 South Capitol Avenue, Mt. Sterling, Illinois 62353.
