Yvonne Swan

Yvonne Elaine Swan, age 86, of Mt. Sterling, Illinois passed away at 8:47 p.m. Wednesday, March 16, 2022 at Heritage Health, Therapy and Senior Care in Mt. Sterling.
She was born October 17, 1935 in Meredosia, Illinois the daughter of Harvey and Anna Alberta Johnson Floyd.  She married Donald Max Lipcaman and he preceded her in death.  

Yvonne worked as a Certified Nurses Assistant for several area nursing homes.

She graduated from Meredosia High School and was an avid St. Louis Cardinals fan. 

Survivors include 5 children Max Lipcaman (Jayne) of Peewaukee, Wisconsin, Patti Carey of Eldred, Illinois, Jody Bedenbender, Mark Lipcaman and Angela Lipcaman all of Mt. Sterling.  1 brother Tom Floyd (Marilyn) of Griggsville, Illinois.  Several grandchildren and great grandchildren also survive along with numerous nieces and nephews. 

She was preceded in death by her parents and 1 grandson Jacob Fugate. 

Cremation will be accorded and a celebration of life will be held at a later date.

Memorials are suggested to the Blessing Foundation for Hospice or Brown County Against Cancer and may be left at or mailed to the Hendricker Funeral Home, 406 South Capitol Avenue, Mt. Sterling, IL 62353.
